The 12th Space Debris Workshop
Registration

We kindly ask all participants to carefully read and agree to the participation requirements and guidelines provided in the registration form before submitting their application for workshop attendance. Individuals who are scheduled to give presentations at the venue are also required to complete the on-site participant registration.

 Capacity: approximately 100 participants

Attendance Capacity

As seating capacity is limited, participants are requested to register only for the days on which they are certain to attend. Registration for a particular day may close once the maximum venue capacity has been reached. Early registration is therefore strongly recommended.

Online participation via Zoom will also be available. Participants who are unable to attend in person are encouraged to join the workshop remotely. Details regarding online registration will be announced on this website as soon as they become available.

To accommodate participants from a wide range of organizations and disciplines, we kindly request that organizations intending to send multiple attendees consider either distributing attendance across different days or utilizing the online participation option whenever possible.

Attention
  • Presenters are required to complete the on-site participation registration in the same manner as general attendees. Please ensure that your registration is completed in advance.
  • Participants who have registered for on-site attendance but wish to join certain sessions online must also complete a separate registration for online participation.
  • Standing attendance is not permitted at either venue. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will be seated in X-NIHONBASHI TOWER first; once the venue reaches capacity, attendees will be directed to X-NIHONBASHI BASE.
  • All participants attending the workshop in person must complete check-in at X-NIHONBASHI TOWER on their first day of attendance.
