Number of visitors allowed
Due to the limited number of visitors, please apply for a date that you are sure to be able to attend during the exhibition period. In the event of a large number of applications, we may limit the number of participants from each company and department to ensure that as many people from as many fields as possible can attend. Please understand that we may limit the number of participants from each department of each company.
If you are unable to attend the event in person, please use Zoom to stream the event online. Online registration will be announced on this website as soon as it is available.
- The secretariat will contact you with a visitor registration number on a first-come, first-served basis for each day of the event. Please note that visitors without a visitor registration number will not be allowed to enter the venue on the day of the event.
- Those scheduled to present will be given priority to visit the venue all day on the day of their presentation. Presenters will be allocated a separate slot regardless of the limit on the number of visitors on the day of the presentation.
- Even if you have applied onsite registration, you will need to apply separately for online auditing if you wish to attend online on certain days or at certain times.
- Please note that if more than one person from the same organization applies on the same day, we may contact people within the organization to inform them of the name and e-mail address of the person who applied.
- If you are unable to come to the event after your visitor registration number has been issued, please contact the Secretariat as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation so that others who wish to attend can do so.
